The Classic Irrefutable Logic of David Carroll

Submitted by afrocentric on Sat, 17/12/2016 - 02:30

David Carroll 01Now here is one man who won't let any stone go unturned in his criticisms of our brothers on the other side of the pond, their lifestyle and their value systems. This man is so relentless and unsparing. He is pretty insightful, but can get unpleasant at times, especially when he makes sweeping generalizations about women, which isn't fair to young women who haven't started out in life yet to have committed any mistakes which warrants lumping them in with older flawed women.

How many Negroes does one see in this painting - Part 2?

Essien and Hidden NegroIt has been a long time, getting on to 3 years and I apologize for that, but here is the answer and the pic to go with it.

There are three negroes in the painting. The groom handling the horse is one, and the other two are in Queen Anne's dress. I know it looks farfetched, but us Afrocentrics have a way of seeing images and signs of black people in all kinds of scenes, just as Christians and Muslims have a habit of seeing images of Jesus and Islamic inscriptions in all kinds of scenes.

The Sadness of Devaki

Devaki with her husband Vasudeva and their charioteer. Devaki the mother of Krishna. Yes God's own mother, the Mother of God Himself. Devaki who had six of her children murdered by her evil brother Kamsa. When you study the charioteer, look at his jewellery, his gold cloth, and the gold jewelled crown he wears it is obvious that the charioteer is Krishna himself. Remember his role as the charioteer to Arjuna? “Know that the Self is the rider, and the body the chariot; that the intellect is the charioteer, and the mind the reins” (Katha Upanishad 1:3:3)

The Beauty of Fantasia Barrino

Submitted by afrocentric on Sun, 14/08/2016 - 16:22

I have fallen behind most of the goings on and trends in the last 20 years or so, and Fantasia has been one of them. I don't know how to get this going, but I was late to the party, getting acquainted her years after her X-Factor appearance and the ensuing fame. Here's an example. That should be American Idol, not X-Factor, which goes to prove my point. For those who don't know American Idol is the (obviously) American version of Britain's X Factor. We wuz first.

What's It With Our Women? - II

Submitted by rchurch on Wed, 10/08/2016 - 19:53

This young lady showed up at an airport in Spain month ago wearing a dress which was much too short. Why do Western women conduct themselves in such a manner? Here you have an 18 year old woman representing her nation, your own US of A and she was wearing a dress which would be too short by any measure, wind or no wind and the bigger question for me is why both her grandmother and mother permitted to her step of the plane in that kind of dress. Why? Is there young woman so rebellious or did it not occur to you that it was inappropriate?

It is time to ban the gay pride flag or have it changed to something else.

Teddy Bear Rainbow CloseupConsider the following images and the associated search terms. How does a young child tell them apart, and further on in life how does the young person realize that the attraction to homosexual related images may due to an attraction to the colors in early childhood which was entirely unrelated to homosexuality?

Spicy Photography

Here is a video and some stills from Jamaican dance-hall artiste Spice. She doesn't come across as the woman you would invite home to see your parents, but deep inside she is such a nice decent girl. It is all showbiz you know. We don't see that many videos of ebony-complexioned female artistes and I find it sad that it is in this musical genre I have seen so much attention given to the makeup and photography of an ebony sister. Admittedly this video is well within the bounds of what is considered decent by contemporary standards, but the other one below is not, and is labelled as such.

Google is 'colorist' and it's your fault Jeff! - Isabelle

Isabelle, my Eleanor of Aquitaine, my favourite French queen. She IS French. You must know by now that I do have a thing for Isabelles.
Isabelle's her features tell me she is African but she has very long fine hair which would lead one to suspect that she is Asian. She can be quite light in complexion but tans very well. I'd place her origins her roots in the West African Sahel or North Africa.

A Wild Wild Harinama after the Paris Ratha-Yatra

Mangala-Vati 04
I have been longing for good pictures of one of my favourites Crushes of the Month, and who would believe it, there is a God after all. And what's even better is that it is a video, an even more magnificent one, with lots to choose from. Here is Mangala-Vati in glorious techicolor, with her dazzling presence and beauty leading a troupe of Krishna devotees of Krishna right across Paris, showering her inhabitants with the presence and blessings of Lord Krishna, whereever she goes, on whoever she glances at. What greater sight could a crypto Hari Krishna devotee wish for, other than the presence of Lord Krishna himself?
